Cardio Kick Boxing Power Cuts
Full Body - Heart Pumping - Butt Kicking Workouts.
This class is mixed up with jabs, kicks, hooks and thrusts. Give us your body and we'll give you energy!
Beginner to Advanced
  Using a program specific warm-up, the work out progresses through all of the major muscle groups (glureals, quadriceps, hamstrings, calves and abdominal). Isolates smaller muscles such as triceps and biceps.

This class is great for anyone who needs a fun and challenging class! Your body will get a great cardio workout while increasing total body strength, using weighted punching bags through a series of kicks, uppercuts, jabs, and hooks.
